We are looking for people from Poland🇵🇱 (Possible for Ukrainian 🇺🇦refugees) for Youth Exchange “TeamUp to UpCycle“

⌛️When: 06 -17 May 2024
🌎Where: Dahnsdorf, Germany

💫Objectives:
✅Raise awareness of the youth about global environmental issues.
✅Give insights about best practices of waste management on the communal level and beyond.
✅Promote a sustainable, eco-friendly lifestyle and introduce an entire gamut of waste reduction measures on an individual level.
✅Explain different business models based on waste material recycling and provide insights about small-scale business opportunities in this field.
✅Impart applied skills for paper and plastic waste reuse and recycling that can be used as a foundation for green entrepreneurship.

💁‍♀️💁Participant’s profile:
- Aged 18-30
- Communicative level of English
💶Finance:
-Accommodation and food will be fully covered.
-Participation fee: 25 EUR

⌛️When: 13 -26 April 2024
🌎Where: Rathen, Germany

💫Objectives:
✅To foster a connection between young people and nature and equip participants with practical skills for being outdoors.
✅To raise awareness about environmental issues and the importance of sustainable living practices, inspiring participants to become advocates for positive change and living a more sustainable lifestyle.
✅To encourage self-discovery and personal development through outdoor experiences, workshops, and discussions on topics related to well-being and sustainability, stepping outside of their comfort zone and exploring new ways.
✅To facilitate cross-cultural understanding and appreciation among participants by exploring each other's backgrounds and traditions.

💁‍♀️💁Participant’s profile:
- Aged 18-30
- Communicative level of English
💶Finance:
-Accommodation and food will be fully covered.

✅Engage youngsters to make new acquaintances with members of the community by going beyond the language barrier because sport offers a universal language.
✅Promote the academic success of refugees/migrants through sport.
✅Increase the feeling of accomplishment and self-esteem, which are crucial parameters when adapting to a new situation.
✅Promote sport as a tool for social inclusion and inspiration to improve well-being.
