Alianza-ActionAid Spain and LOGOS are looking for a team of young people to improve the assistance of Ukrainian refugees from a gender perspective, join us at the headquarters of LOGOS in Poznan! You will have the opportunity to work in an international team with Ukrainian refugees, especially women and children. Some of the activities you will be supporting are: implementation of speaking clubs, children activities, delivering workshops on the topics of your interest with a gender perspective, organising educational courses and events, etc. Volunteers will work in a team of 10 people for 2 months. At the end of your experience, you will be able to implement activities form a gender perspective, work in an international team and implement your own ideas! If you are migrant, refugee, if you live in rural areas, if you have limited economic support or any other context don´t hesitate to sign up, this opportunity is for everyone!

ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
You will have the opportunity to live together with other volunteers of different nationalities in a students dormitory in Poznan, in rooms of 3 to 4 people. Volunteers will have access to common kitchen and cooking equipment. The accommodation costs and utility bills will be covered by the hosting organization. You will receive a monthly pocket money for your personal expenses and a monthly food allowance in the amount of 380 EUR, as well as a local transport card. You will benefit also from a health insurance (Henner).

TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY
Volunteers will receive pre-departure training in Madrid organised by Alianza-ActionAid in Madrid, covering aspects like: welcome, responsibilities of organisations and volunteer, YouthPass, Henner, motivation, feminist principles, etc. After, it will be an on-arrival training, organised by LOGOS to get to know the reality of Poznań, the work, the schedules, the rights and obligations and the team. Additional trainings will be provided on soft skills needed to implement the planned activities. In case language support is needed, the volunteer will have free access to online language training.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE
We are looking for motivated people interested in working with women, children, and young people with refugee backgrounds. Qualities: Proactive and initiative, ready to take responsibility, eager to implement their ideas into action, open-minded, communicative, culturally sensitive, intermediate English. We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the ACCESS2SUCCESS Training Course, which took place in Orrefors, Sweden, from June 3rd to June 11th. This training course was an important element in the ACCESS2SUCCESS project, which is small-scale Partnerships for Adults, сo-funded by the European Union, and was run in collaboration with organizations Goodness of People (Sweden), CGE (Germany) and Fedelatina (Spain).

We are excited to announce the successful completion of the training course SHARED SPACES, which took place in Orrefors, Sweden, from May 24th to June 1st. It was a fantastic time filled with learning and collaboration.

This project is part of KA210 – Small Scale Partnerships for Youth. The project is implemented in cooperation with Goodness of People (Sweden), CGE (Germany) and Fedelatina (Spain).

Highlights from the training course:
🎓Training Participants:
We helped 24 participants to improve their skills in community engagement, intercultural communication, non-formal education, and building solidarity between diverse communities.

🛠Creating New Methods:
Participants worked together to create new methods and services for community engagement. These ideas were tested in partner NGOs to see how effective they were in real life.

🌍 Sharing Experiences:
We shared best practices and research results from four countries. This inspired participants to implement new ideas in their own communities.

to take part in the Erasmus+ project ‘Let’s Say No to Negativity’!

💡About the project: 

The main goal of our project is to ensure that the negative discourses, disadvantages and hostility of the increasing hate speeches around the world, especially towards refugees and immigrants, lead to many people being indirectly or directly exposed to these harmful discourses, together with the negative effects it creates in both the virtual and real world. 
For this reason, we aim to eliminate these negative discourses and draw attention to this problem by actively combating all kinds of hate speech.

💫 Objectives:

☑️ Aim to reduce the hate speech against refugees and
immigrants.

☑️ Raise awareness about increasing hate speeches around the world.

☑️ Actively combating all kinds of hate speech.
☑️ Aim to eliminate negative discourses and draw attention to this problem.

☑️ Promote cross-cultural understanding by exploring each others backgrounds.

👦🏻👩🏼 Participant’s profile:
- Aged 18-30 years
- Ukrainian 
- Enthusiastic about the topics: Fighting hate and negativity, fostering understanding,
